Service Includes:

Skimming the surface of the pool, vacuuming the pool floor, and emptying of skimmer, automatic vacuum, and pump baskets

Backwashing the pool filter prior to and after vacuuming – 1lb-3lbs of DE added to filter after backwashing based on pool technicians suggestion

Pool water chemistry levels recorded and reported to customer including chlorine (ppm), total alkalinity (ppm), calcium hardness (ppm), cyanuric acid (ppm), and pH

Technician will use the necessary customer chemicals to balance the pool water if they are instructed to do so. Company chemicals are not included but are available for purchase

Company chemicals are included in Gold and Diamond Subscription plans

Inspection and any necessary maintenance of pool equipment
Please note: Pools may not be able to be perfectly cleaned in the allotted 1hr. - especially during the first cleaning of the season. In this event, If the customer wishes for the technician to continue cleaning past the hour mark, they will be billed an additional $100/hr. Additionally, pools may be allowed to receive its first clean at opening so long as the pool technician is able to clearly see the bottom of the pool.
