Opening chemical kit – 5lbs. chlorine shock, 6 lbs of DE filter powder & algaecide ($65 value included)

Removal of pool safety cover and pop-up anchors, or tarp and water bags, cinderblocks, etc.

Pool system inspection and start-up

Pool is treated with an initial shock and additional necessary chemicals - company chemicals are available for purchase if customer is unable to provide

Re-instillation of jets, skimmer baskets, ladders, handrails, backwash hose, etc.

Setting schedule for pool system (8am-8pm unless requested otherwise) and pool cleaner if applicable (12pm-3pm unless requested otherwise)

Filter opened up, cleaned, and inspected for broken parts

Draining filtration equipment and winterizing plumbing lines with blower and winter plugs (plugs not included but are available for purchase

Lowering water level 1” below the tile line to ensure surface water does not expand and crack tile

Shutting off pool circuit breakers to prevent system from running dry and drawing unwanted electric

Organizing pool equipment neatly on pool deck unless otherwise instructed where to store it for the winter

Screwing brass anchors up and installing safety cover or tarp cover

Ensuring solid cover has a functional cover pump to remove rain water, or that pools with a mesh cover have a pump strategically placed on the steps to prevent rain water from reaching the tile. Pumps are not included but are available for sale
(17) | Valets

Skimming the surface of the pool, vacuuming the pool floor, and emptying of skimmer, automatic vacuum, and pump baskets

Backwashing the pool filter prior to and after vacuuming – 1lb-3lbs of DE added to filter after backwashing based on pool technicians suggestion

Pool water chemistry levels recorded and reported to customer including chlorine (ppm), total alkalinity (ppm), calcium hardness (ppm), cyanuric acid (ppm), and pH​

SEASONAL CHEMICALS INDLUDED FOR ALL 20 VALETS - if all valets are used before the end of the season, additional valets and chemicals may be purchased

Inspection and any necessary maintenance of pool equipment
(3) | Service Call
A visit to resolve any unexpected issues that may arise with your pool or pool equipment. The issue will be properly diagnosed and repaired if the necessary work will not exceed 1 hr. If the necessary work exceeds 1 hr the customer may be billed an additional $100 with their consent. Any parts necessary for repairs are not included and will be billed to the customer with their consent.
Seasonal Chemicals

Opening, closing, & weekly valet chemicals - Chlorine, alkalinity, muriatic acid, salt, DE filter powder, pH plus, pH minus, stain & scale, algaecides, and phosphate removers

Weekly seasonal chemicals expire after the 17th and final valet. Additional valets and chemicals are available for purchase.
